2004 National Convention
Sun, Fun, and Fraternalism

For the first time ever ADG National Convention is coming to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Before going into the details - let's take a look at the top 10 reasons why alumni should attend the 2004 Alpha Delta Gamma National Convention in Fort Lauderdale:

1) Ft. Lauderdale has something to offer for the entire family!
2) The beach is right outside your hotel
3) A round-trip ticket to Fort Lauderdale is about $200.00
4) The hotel is only $89.00 a night
5) You can begin your day with a dip in the Doubletree's refreshing outdoor pool
6) It is an election year for ADG as well as ADGEF
7) This year marks 10 years for Barry University's Psi Chapter
8) Sand is better than snow
9) Nothing beats eating dinner and having a few beverages with your brothers
10) Sun block will be provided for all Northern delegates in attendance

This year convention will not only provide good time for everyone in attendance, it will also be inexpensive. From August 3rd - 8th, we will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel, which faces the beach, for $89.00 a night. The Doubletree provides travelers with the perfect blend of comfort, value and convenience. The Doubletree is located ten minutes from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, five minutes from the convention center and just seconds from the rolling waves of Fort Lauderdale Beach and the world-famous Intracoastal Waterway. If you would like to sneak a peak at the hotel, please visit it's website at www.doubletreeoceanfront.com.

In addition to the inexpensive room rate this year, we are also cutting the cost of the delegate fees. By the first week of November you should be able to register online and gain more information about convention at www.alphadeltagamma.org.

Lastly, this year's convention will mark the 10th year anniversary for Psi Chapter so we are looking forward to celebrating this special occasion with all of our alumni and brothers from across the United States. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Anthony DeSantis, Past National President and 2004 Convention Steward at anthonyd@nova.edu or 954-336-6843. See you in Fort Lauderdale!
